We hope to help you navigate what may feel like an overwhelming amount of information. With news changing daily and the breadth of the internet, it’s important to exercise discernment and look for credible resources. We’ve been devouring articles from our colleagues in naturopathic medicine and share these learning opportunities.

We must challenge ourselves to deconstruct systems of white supremacy and ensure that our actions in our business practices do not perpetuate it. We are engaged in a thorough review of the literature on colonization and health and medicine that centers the voices of Black and Indigenous authors and historians.

We provide access to credible scientific literature that shows the complex mechanisms behind the power of naturopathic medicine and herbal allies. This research also serves to support the structure/function claims made about the products we produce and carry at the shop, which is required for FDA compliance.
