Jamie Truppi’s life revolves around food, people, nature, wellbeing, traveling, and cultivating meaningful experiences in this short, messy life. She’s a functional nutritionist, edible educator, food writer, kitchen experimentalist, farmers market enthusiast, earth mama, mountain girl, yogi, and guide. Truppi holds a Master of Science & Nutrition in Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is certified as a Certified Nutrition Specialist from the American Nutrition Association. She works primarily with adults suffering from the symptoms of long-term, chronic stress (gut-brain-nervous system imbalances). She’s been a freelance food writer and nutrition columnist for 15 years and published her first food memoir, “Clean Food, Messy Life: A food lover’s conscious journey back to self” in December, 2022. When she’s not turning sourdough, researching environmental toxins, or experimenting in her kitchen she’s likely adventuring with her two spritely, curious children. A 6th generation Idahoan, Truppi lives in Hailey, Idaho.
