In this class we will explore the nervous system and how we can nourish it with different herbal remedies. We will be taking a deep dive into the Nervine classification of herbs.
About Kayla:
Kayla loves the magic of the natural world deeply. She explores the intricacies of herbal medicine through education, art and adventuring into the wild. In 2020 she completed The Science and Art of Herbalism course and started her journey toward a more holistic way of healing. She is motivated by discovering new ways of settling and nourishing the nervous system. Her discoveries include daily movement, the importance of ritual, the depths and intricacies of the womb, making herbal allies, and building an understanding and loving community.
