Mise en Place. The French term for everything in its place is essential for launching the nutrient dense kitchen. In this class we talk about how to launch a kitchen set up that will feed your health. We also discuss how to get rid of items that are no longer serving you, and how to make the kitchen a place of joy.
Dani Forbess NTP is a graduate of the Nutritional Therapy Association and works locally as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She has three children, ages 16, 14, and 12 - and has spent a life building healing practices for her own family. After finding healing through food, Dani was able to find relief from her own chronic auto immune diseases. She has been able to help her son heal from forms of chronic inflammation that threatened his growth and development. She now enjoys a fully active life with her husband and children that includes skiing on a regular basis throughout the Western states.
