Your adrenal glands are often overlooked by mainstream medicine as causes of fatigue. However, even slight dysfunction can result in fatigue, insomnia, and a "wired and tired" feeling. This 2 part course first discusses the basics of adrenal physiology, symptoms of adrenal dysfunction, and effective possible treatments for adrenal dysfunction. The second section will dive deeper into possible further causes of fatigue that might be influencing your adrenal function and overall health.
