Boise Dandelion Festival!

Join us to learn more about the City of Boise's efforts to reduce pesticide and herbicide use in parks and enjoy some live music from local band The Trees The Trees (set from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.). Plus, try a sample of locally brewed dandelion beer (21+) created by Woodland Empire Ale Craft from noon to 4 p.m. while supplies last. The dandelions used in each brew were hand picked by volunteers from Boise Parks and Recreation park sites that are a part of our Pesticide Reduction Program. Additional entertainment and offerings include food from Linda's Kitchen, Stella’s Ice Cream, dandelion based mocktails from Free Spirits Beverage Company, dandelion tea bags from The Vervain Collective, face painting provided by Makin’ Faces, dandelion crafts and more!
