B.Y. O. P. Midweek Nature Workshop

B. Y. O. P. = Bring your own plant! Bring a plant friend from home or buy one to adopt and bring in. Melanie will lead mindfulness meditation with the house plants, followed by a partner inquiry with people in the class for some community building!
Melanie Pensak is a certified mindfulness teacher and nature-based meditation leader who offers nature-based meditation sessions and classes designed to honor Mother Earth, cultivate interconnection with the land and assist people in developing their daily mindfulness practice. She considers herself an Earth Protector and is particularly interested in the concept of reciprocity creating workshops and which integrate giving back to the land through the learning of history and through regenerative practices. Melanie feels passionate about helping people incorporate mindfulness and nature into their busy, modern lives.
